Invite people to this dealer group, change their operating role, or remove their dealer-group access. Owner changes remain managed by AutoPartsRecon platform administration.
Role guide
What roles can do
- Owner
- Manages dealer-group access and future billing. Platform administration assigns owners.
- Admin
- Uses the operational workspace and can manage billing when billing is enabled.
- Member
- Creates batches, uploads source files, runs reconciliation, and generates exports.
- Viewer
- Reserved for the upcoming read-only workflow and cannot be assigned yet.
